Dr. Martin teaches online courses in the Department of Education and Social Sciences at Montgomery College in Silver Spring, Maryland, and face-to-face courses in the Department of Psychology at Hunter College in New York, NY. Dr. Martin capitalizes on classroom diversity to enrich the learning experience through a combination of self-paced assignments, guided instruction and coaching, tailored assessment strategies, and instructional scaffolding. Dr. Martin also uses learning communities to enhance the learning environment for online courses.
